Here is your copy of our most recent newsletter. As you may recall,
I’ve decided to distribute the newsletter, quarterly, in
an effort to update you on recent changes in the tax law that
may affect you and to make you aware of certain techniques that
are available to save you money on your taxes. After your review
of this information please call me to discuss the “best”
ways to minimize your taxes.
One of the areas in our relationship that I take very seriously
is your privacy. I’ve developed a Privacy Policy and would
like to share it with you.
Privacy Policy
I collect nonpublic personal information about you from the following

• Information I receive from you on applications, tax preparation
worksheets, other documents I use in preparing your tax return,
or other forms; and
• Information about your transactions with others or me.

to anyone, except as permitted by law.
If you decide to close your account(s) or become an inactive

described in this notice.
I restrict access to your personal and account information to
those employees who need to know that information to provide products
or services to you. I maintain physical, electronic, and procedural
safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard your nonpublic
personal information.
Your confidence in me is important and I want you to know that
your personal and account information is safe. If you have any
questions or concerns, please contact me.
